Develop, iterate, and maintain a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns IT services with our business objectives and drives the execution of the strategy.
Support IT initiatives and projects by developing and maintaining technical documentation, including RFPs, RFIs, and Technical Evaluations.
Develop and maintain technical documentation such as RFP, RFI, and Technical Evaluation to support IT initiatives and projects.
Create and deliver presentations to Internal IT team, providing updates on IT strategy, projects, and technology evaluations.
Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage vendor relationships and partnerships to optimize the procurement and utilization of external IT resources, services, and solutions.
Continuously assess emerging technologies, evaluating their potential direct and indirect benefits for quality improvement, cost reduction, and operational optimization.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to communicate and embed strategic management objectives, establish accountabilities, and monitor progress toward achieving IT goals.
Demonstrate excellent project management skills, simultaneously overseeing multiple large and highly technical projects.
Work closely with IT service management teams to ensure that IT services are delivered following enterprise architecture principles and guidelines.
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly and concisely explaining complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Having a strong understanding of SAP ERP systems and their associated modules is considered an advantage.
Demonstrate understanding of data analytics and machine learning concepts, showcasing the ability to leverage these technologies to drive data-driven decision-making within the organization's IT strategy.
Stay current with the latest developments in cloud computing, particularly with leading cloud providers. Understand the advantages and applications of cloud solutions in the context of IT strategy and infrastructure optimization.
Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and practices, including automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery, is considered an advantage.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
A minimum of five years of relevant experience is required.
Proven experience in IT strategy management.
Holding relevant certifications in SAP, AWS, Azure, GCP, ITIL, and PMP would be a significant advantage.
